Our vision is to make a healthy lifestyle effortless and enjoyable, combining excellent nutritional values with great taste and convenience.

Most highly processed convenience snacks are unhealthy, which makes it difficult to indulge without a guilty conscience. Science increasingly sees the poor health of the gut microbiome as the cause of many chronic diseases in the western world, which is closely linked to our diet. We therefore believe that more convenience products need to be healthy in a way that benefits our digestive system to counteract the alarming rise of lifestyle diseases.

That’s why we offer fermented plant-based snacks that are truly nutritious and easy to incorporate into your daily life, making (gut-) healthy snacking simple and satisfying.

Technology

Our innovative production process uses mycelium fermentation to enhance the nutritional quality of plant-based ingredients. This enables us to create convenience snacks that are naturally rich in protein and fiber, full of bioavailable micronutrients and free from highly processed extracts or additives, ensuring they are genuinely healthy and nutritious.

Our technology is versatile and can be applied to various food formats, demonstrating its potential across multiple product categories.

Sustainability

We use regional organic ingredients to shorten our value chains and lower the CO2 footprint of our products. They are gently fermented to provide plant protein that is not derived from highly processed extracts, as is the case in many vegan products. Thereby, we not only reduce energy consumption and food losses during production but also preserve valuable nutrients. In addition, we introduce an innovative way of processing protein crops and thus diversify the offer of plant-based protein products on our shelfs.

As a result, we are in line with several Sustainable Development Goals (2, 3, 8, 12 & 13) and thereby contribute to a sustainable future.
